« Meilleur Hotel à Rabat »
Un week-end d'anniversaire exceptionnel. Le personnel était particulièrement à l'écoute et a le sens du détail. La chambre était impeccable et confortable. A l'occasion de mon anniversaire, j'ai pu trouver des fleurs et un gateau d'anniversaire. La vue sur la ville est incroyable et magnifique la nuit comme au réveil. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et très complet, avec un service au top. Le room service était PARFAIT : un service très respectueux et rapide, et les repas succulents (meilleure salade cesar et Pastilla). Je vous conseille aussi de passer faire un tour à la piscine qui est juste incroyable. Je remercie tout particulièrement Nabil pour avoir tout fait pour que je me sente à l'aise et bien accueilli, ainsi que pour les surprises d'anniversaire. Egalement le réceptionniste de nuit Issam était particulièrement gentil et serviable afin que mon séjour se passe au mieux. En résumé, je reviendrai et je n'aurais pas pu espérer meilleur endroit pour mon anniversaire.
Il n'y a pas de personne pour nous guider quand on descend au spa, surtout si on veut booker un soin

Très bon accueil. Personnel professionnel sympa et chaleureux, lequel m'a réservé une attention adaptee à la nature de mon sejour. La chambre très spacieuse et la vue magnifique. Le service est également parfait. Le petit dej servi à la chambre est copieux et très varié.

Nous avons aimé la qualité et la beauté de l’hôtel. La vue du rooftop est incroyable. L’hôtel est très bien équipé et est d une propreté irréprochable. Je note au passage la gentillesse, la bienveillance et le sourire constant de abdelmalek le voiturier qui nous a toujours accueilli avec beaucoup de professionnalisme. Et même qualité d’accueil pour abdelali qui nous servait au buffet et nous rapportait notre petit déjeuner sans même que l’on est besoin de lui dire ce qu’on désirait car il retenait nos habitudes. Il a été toujours été prévenant et attentionné.
Je n’ai aucun point négatif. L’hôtel est parfait
